Detailed preparation will be done before painting:
-We will pressure wash if necessary, Scrape loose paint and sand as needed
-Prime bare wood surfaces, Patch holes, Caulk cracks and gaps with industrial oil based coulking.
-All surfaces will be covered with drop cloths or plastic as needed
Jobsite will be kept clean
-Paint chips will be contained and disposed of daily
-Materials and equipment will be stored neatly and out of the way
